“I started my Apprenticeship in November 2006 so far I have completed my NVQ Level 2 and moving on to my NVQ Level 3. I have enjoyed doing the Apprenticeship as I have learnt a lot and have developed my personal skills. I am currently working on the apprentice recruitment programme. I am looking forward to developing my career further within Lancashire County Council and I would recommend the scheme to others.”
