Why did you choose to become an apprentice?
So that I could learn more about business in order to enhance what I do on a daily basis and ultimately to enhance my career prospects.

What does your day in your work life involve?
Attending network events, meetings with business owners, and maintaining accurate records.

What do you enjoy and what is the best thing about being an apprentice?
It was an incredible opportunity to gain a degree while still working full time and without accruing any debt and I felt it would benefit me in my current role.

What are your career plans and what would you like to be doing in 5 years’ time?
In five years time I would love to use the knowledge I have gained from my degree, as well as from my current role, and combine it with my existing coaching qualification in order to help businesses to develop and grow to reach their full potential.

What is your greatest achievement?
Bringing my kids up to be amazing young adults!

I do weight lifting and can deadlift 10.5 stones

What is the best piece of advice you would give to someone thinking about becoming an apprentice?
Seize the opportunity; you just never know where it will lead you
