Henry is carving out a career for himself as a Commis Chef at the award winning Yu and You restaurant.

“I have really enjoyed my apprenticeship at Blackburn College and Yu and You restaurant and I’m now working there full time. During my studies I have not only learnt western cookery skills, but I’ve also learnt how to cook Cantonese style which is really interesting. There is so much variety and the ingredients are always changing. It’s amazing how many skills you need to work with different cuisines.”
