Becoming a skills pledge member is simple. Businesses in Lancashire who are currently doing, or are interested in committing to one or more pledges, can register to become a member below.
Becoming involved can provide businesses with a better understanding of their workforce and skills needs. Providing placements can develop the management skills of your current workforce, as well as helping to improve your recruitment processes through accessing a pool of students who offer enthusiasm and fresh perspectives to the business
Pledge Partner
The Lancashire Forum are also a Pledge Partner assisting in signing up new members to make the pledge to ‘Becoming an apprentice ambassador’. We work in partnership with the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub to support the growth of apprenticeships in Lancashire, supporting the Lancashire Apprenticeship Action. Maybe you currently have an apprentice and are looking to become a member, if so please do not hesitate to let us know!
